Last night session Developing good character and manners

Image
"They say water that has passed can't be brought back. Similarly, time can't be reversed. Time has hair on its forehead, but it's bald from behind. If you don't catch it from the front, it'll never come back. You're still young, energetic, and vibrant, with countless paths and opportunities ahead. Knowledge is abundant, your parents are alive, and your needs are met. You have a roof over your head, can take care of yourself, and don't rely on others. Be grateful to God for what you have, rather than lamenting what you've lost. Keep your desires in check, refine your character, and learn the etiquette of life. Seize the moment, or you'll be left with regrets. Nothing lasts forever - not your parents, family, friends, wealth, or youth. You're wise enough to understand what's next." This passage emphasizes the importance of: 1. Appreciating what you have 2. Making the most of the present moment 3. Developing good character and manners ...

spirituality in helping people navigate life's challenges

What a beautiful reflection! It's indeed inspiring to see people who've faced immense challenges yet still manage to radiate positivity and resilience. Their strength and ability to smile through adversity is a testament to the human spirit. It's also a reminder that everyone has their own struggles, no matter how they may appear on the surface. We often don't know what others are going through, and it's essential to approach each other with empathy and understanding. The quote highlights the importance of appreciating the unique qualities and strengths that each person possesses, and acknowledging the role of faith and spirituality in helping people navigate life's challenges.

These are truly great people, with patience, wisdom, and high moral character.

She said, "Whenever people ask why the divorce happened, I say, 'He was good, I was good, but the stars weren't aligned.'" Listening to her, I thought, "These are truly great people, with patience, wisdom, and high moral character. They hide others' faults and exhibit excellent upbringing." Meanwhile, if someone wrongs us slightly, we dwell on it, sharing the story with exaggerated details. This highlights the contrast between humility, forgiveness, and graciousness versus holding grudges and seeking sympathy.

Session married woman 😍

You've likely heard the phrase, often told to married women: "Wives reform even the worst men." This phrase was also shared with a girl, and she discussed it with me. She said, "Look, one thing is said, but many truths can't be told. Behind the stories of women reforming their husbands lies a long narrative of pain, hardship, and struggle through dark nights to a brighter morning. People see the beautiful morning, but the suffering, pain, lost dreams, and extinguished desires remain unseen." She added, "In our society, lessons of patience, tolerance, and forgiveness are taught only to wives." This conversation highlights the societal expectations placed on women in relationships and the often-overlooked struggles they face.

Impowering self care and foundation of happiness

Your own self is the true source of your happiness. According to psychology, self-worth and self-care are the foundations on which a balanced personality stands. No one else can care for you more than you care for yourself, and your own physical, mental, and emotional health is your greatest companion. When health is good, one feels empowered, but when it weakens, life starts feeling like a burden. Therefore, prioritize your health above all else. Undoubtedly, life is a test, and our hardships, difficulties, and deprivations are part of it, but these are also means of our mental and spiritual growth. Psychologically, these challenges teach us resilience, i.e., standing firm with courage even in difficult times, not feeling defeated. Taking appropriate measures, working hard consistently, and keeping praying are actions considered important in cognitive therapy. When a person completes their part and leaves the results to God, the mind finds peace, and this inner peace becomes the perso...
